Scenario 3: Montova pushes & pulls

We advise against using this scenario for business-critical messages, as Montova cannot monitor the remote file server for stuck files.

Montova uploads your inbound files to your SFTP server.

Montova downloads your outbound files from your SFTP server.

Required information

  • Your SFTP server details
    • Hostname
    • Port
    • Username
    • Password (if publickey authentication isn't used)
  • Folder to upload your inbound files to
  • Folder to download your outbound files from

Required actions on your end

You'll need to open up your firewall to the IP ranges listed in the IP whitelisting section.
